OLIVER Villafuerte and Roberto Bilicario entered the round of 32 of the Efren " Bata" Reyes Yalin 10-Ball Championships at Pacman's Cue Club, Lower Ground Floor, Worldwide Corporate Center, Shaw Boulevard in Mandaluyong City on Wednesday, August 27, 2025.

Villafuerte and Bilicario followed the steps of other cue masters who made it to the knockout stage of the event backed up by Senator Manny Pacquiao and organized by International Billiards and Snooker Champion Kap. Marlon Manalo , including Jeffrey Roda, Kenneth Garcia, Jerwin Samia, Nguyen Phuc Long of Vietnam, Jeffrey Ignacio and Emmanuel Delgado.

Villafuerte, known worldwide as " Cocoy Digos", defeated Jun Carreon (9-5), Raphael Dabreo (9-5), Edmar Balboa(9-5) and Jeffrey Prieto (9-3), respectively.

Bilicario, on the other hand, trounced Edwin Gamas (9-7), Drahcir Mauricio (9-7) and Greg Dira (9-4), in order.

In other winners side results, Roda crushed Anton Raga (9-4), Warren Te (9-3), John Jerick Narvaez (9-8) and Paolo Gallito (9-7), and Garcia beat Roberto Caridad (9-6), James Al Ortega (9-4), Prince delos Santos (9-3) and Marvin Asis (9-8).

On the other side of the draw in the winners brackets, Samia dealt Charles Tanasas (9-2), John Carlo Cerna (9-4), and Jun Jun Javelona (9-4), Nguyen Phuc Long nipped Paul John Ortega (9-8), Orlyn Biteranta (9-4), and Erickson Navarette (9-7), Ignacio subdued Kyle Amoroto (9-7), John Albert Refulle (9-2), and Jack de Luna (9-5) while Delgado smashed Mark Estiola (9-6), Anthony Figuerroa(9-2), and Jaycee Garcia (9-5).

" I am happy with my performance today," said Villafuerte. At stakes a total pot prize of P2 million with the champion getting the lion share of P1 million.
