ENERGYA (Energy In Action) management is proud to announce the opening of its pilot branch in Manila, a professional provider of fitness and related services offering a cutting edge fitness center that caters the requirements of each member.

ENERGYA center is equipped with sophisticated machines and equipment with a number of functions to ensure that all of the members have the best workout possible at the most affordable price. The foundation of Energya’s four pillars, General Fitness & Sports Performance, Rehabilitation, Fitness for Special Needs and Fitness For Kids will cater to all ages, gender and fitness levels.

The brainchild of BENIGNO “Ninoy” MARAYAG, a former jumper and member of the National Team, a fitness coach both for abled and with special needs, his lifelong dream of setting up this kind of fitness center is now a reality with the help of his business partners headed by VICENTE “Vic” SY, who all share the same vision and mission with him.

The objectives of the people behind EnergyA are to provide opportunities for the surrounding communities including all employees of the sister companies to advance or at least maintain their fitness and wellness, and provide a variety of fitness programs for healthy lifestyle changes. Members will be provided with tailored care by encouraging fitness testing evaluations, health screenings, exercise programming and personal training instructions. EnergyA’s thrust is to provide quality service to members while establishing a distinguished reputation as a superior training facility in the area and industry.

EnergyA provides an environment surrounded by state-of-the-art interactive screens both at the fitness area and cardiovascular equipment area. Mirrored interior walls in the free weights and stretching area, large space with turf grass, a wide selection of plate-loaded free weights cardiovascular and functional equipment can be enjoyed both by serious athletes and those who are just up for general fitness. A cafe nook is also available to serve coffee, water and various kinds of healthy concoctions and smoothies.

OPERATING HOURS : 6am – 11pm daily

SERVICES OFFERED: • Unlimited Access to the Fitness Facility – Members can use all the fitness machines, equipment and the common areas anytime of the day

• Unlimited Access to fitness group class - As early as 6am, there will be group fitness classes every hour to be led by certified fitness instructors for 45 minutes which include warmup, main workout and cool down

• Health Assessment – Members have access to free health assessment using an updated body composition machine, which will show body fat percentage, muscle mass, metabolic rate and more. Certified coaches will discuss the best results, assisting members in identifying members to goals for their fitness journey. This can be performed quarterly or whenever the members require for it.

• Fitness Assessment – When signing up for membership, new members are entitled to three fitness assessments primarily for fitness evaluation. Members will be provided with fitness health assessment forms. These can be compiles and compared to track their progression.
