AFTER a huge success of his mega humanitarian advocacy in his bailiwick Isabela Province, champion philantropist Dr.Francis Leo Antonio Marcos PhD is all set for another behemoth event in the North.

The workaholic and undefatigable prized civic leader gladly announced in his channel ' FLM Comeback ' Live last night that his Team FLM will touchdown in Penablanca town in the province of Cagayan very soon.

" Peñablanca Mayor Washington Taguinod and his constituents are very happy to hear the big news from yours truly as I'm overwhelmed to reach out with my fellow Ilocanos," said FLM , also well known as pandemic hero by millions of Filipinos.

Optical and medical mission, free checkup from local doctors, free high quality eyeglasses, hundreds of wheelchairs, sacks of rice, food packs and goodies will be given to townfolks who are expected to jumpacked the mega humanitarian venue in downtown Peñablanca whose folks are not only appreciative to FLM's generosity but also excited to see their idol up close and personal.
