LIBRENG fertilizer para sa magsasakang Pinoy nationwide ang isinusulong ni Guardians International Brotherhood Foundation, Inc. (GIBFI) Chairman Rafael Agcaoili - ang Governor ng Central Luzon Region 45 'The Fraternal Order of Eagle' - The Philippine Eagles.

Sa basbas ni Pangulong Bongbong Marcos at ng Kalihim ng Agrikultura ay madali nang maimplementa ang noble advocacy ni hamanitarian champion Agcaoili para sa kapakanan ng sektor magsasaka sa ating bansa na malaking tulong sa pamahalaang ang vision ay poor alleviation at zero hunger sa Sambayanang Pilipino.

" We understand that there are directives of President Marcos Jr. which the Department of Agriculture (DA) is geared up for the efficient distribution of additional fertilizer assistance that will suppport rice farmers nationwide. To augment on the said program with rice farmers, our foundation thru our company embark on our humanitarian service of providing free fertilizers not only to the rice farmers but also to the rest of the farmers nationwide. Our humanitarian program aims to alleviate the sad state of our low-level income farmers nationwide", wika ni Agcaoili, isang Acts of Philanthropist Awardee, ginawaran din bilang natatanging Filipino na tumanggap ng Humanitarian Award mula World Philosopical Forum sa United Nations at siya ring nakapagpatayo ng 57 BBM - Sara headquarters nationwide noong national election campaign kung saan ang main hq ay nasa Sucat, Parañaque, mula sa sariling bulsa nito nang walang hinangad na kapalit.

"At the first phase of the implementationoof our foundation's program, we target to provide free fertilizers to the ten percent (10%) of the low-level income farmers nationwide. We may kindly ask the assistance from the President,Executive Secretary and DA Secretary for the suggested low-level income farmer beneficiaries so that the distribution of our humanitarian program will be in line with the government efforts.

After we have fully served the ten percent (10%) of our intended beneficiaries, we can gradually increase the target beneficiaries until we fully serve the low-level income farmer beneficiaries nationwide", ani pa Agcaoili.
