JAPAN International Council for Traditional Sports and Games top brass Baba Yuko (far right) and press representative Tetsuya Tsuda (J ICTGS journalist) with Rizal 2nd Distrct Congressman Dino Tanjuatco (center with sikaran mascot) grace the SIKARAN Festival sa Tanay Hane 2023 over the weekend inTanay, Rizal (Nov.12) over the weekend .The historic event organized by Global Sikaran Federation headed by founnder / president Filipino US- based Grandmaster Hari Osias Catolos Banaag and hosted by Master Crisanto Cuevas of Raven Sikaran Martial Arts in cooperation with Tanay LGU, Tanay Hane, Tourism was participated by hundreds of young Sikaran martial artists from Rizal Province and Metro Manila.
