MR. TARIQ BUTT APPOINTED AS PMLN- PHILIPPINES PRESIDENT

BUSINESSMAN and civic servant Mr. Tariq Butt was appointed as the new president of the Pakistan Muslim League (N) Philippines under the umbrella of the International Affairs & Overseas Pakistanis.

As one of the new office bearers for PMLN - Philippines, Mr. Butt will serve as President for a term of two years that took effect from the recent notification.

Other appointees are Mr. Arshad Mehmood- Chief Patron, Mr. Abdul Ghafar - Chairman, Mr. Muhammad Adman-Secretary General, Mr. Usman Javed Rana - Senior Vice President, Mr. Talat Sultan - Vice President, Mr. Rasiq Farooqi - Vice President, Mr. Muhammad Zeeshan Fathe - Head of Youth Wing, Mr. Ibrar Almas - Head Social Media, Mr. Akram Rajput - Information Secretary and Mr. Muhammad Zeesham Ibrahim- Media Coordinator.

The approval was penned by President PMLN Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif.

The notification was signed by Mohammad Ishaq Dar - Deputy Prime Minister of Pakistan, PMLN International Affairs Member of Senate Minister of Foreign Affairs of Pakistan and copy furnished to Mian Muhammad Shabazz Sharif- PM Pakistan, Ch.Ahsan Iqbal-General Secretary, Mr. Amjad Malik-Chief Coordinator, International Affairs and Overseas Pakistanis, Ch. Noor ul Hassan Tanvir - General Secretary IAOP and Central Secretariat (for office record).

“ It’s a great honor for me to be appointed in this very great position. Rest assured I’ll do my best to serve” the first Chapter President (Philippines) Butt said.

The PLMN -Philippines is a new chapter organized last June 2, 2024.

In Manila, Mr. Butt is a bonafide member of the Golden Dragon Eagles Club under the Central Luzon Region (CLR45) headed by Gov. Rafael Agcaoili under the national affiliation of The Fraternal Order of Eagle - Philippine Eagles, Inc. with the vision and advocacy for humanitarian missions in the countryside.
