Join us for Understanding Wrestling: A Parent & Young Athlete’s Guide to Freestyle, a practical session designed to help young wrestlers compete safely and confidently, and help parents support them better.

This is interactive and hands-on—we’ll use real scenarios, explain what referees look for, and answer parent questions so everyone understands what’s happening on the mat.
